Girls are more likely to be overweight at a young age

A new report says that young girls are not more susceptible to obesity at an early age between ninth and twelfth.
The report issued by the American Institute for Research on Heart, Lung and Blood to the consequences of weight gain is evident in the girls at that early age, necessitating modification efforts to control weight gain to include those early years.
Says Dietitian and author of the study Aoberaznk Eva: "We need to get to the children at the age of the ninth and tenth, which makes us focus on primary schools and primary and community institutions to address that age."
The study was published in January issue of the journal Pediatrics.
So says Assistant Professor of nutrition at Hunter College in New York City U.S. Arlene Spark: "The study demonstrates that obesity causes heart disease and other moves with age. This is a warning for parents and schools." Adds Spark, saying: "The level of virtually zero success of treatment. The only thing that we aspire to do is protect the children of overweight and obesity on the principle of prevention is better than cure".
Says Dr. Bonita Franklin, assistant professor of Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine, University of New York: "The Heart of the most causes of death in the United States. And gives the impression that the disease known to lead to heart disease in adults are also present in the young, which we can deduce from it that the generations new necessarily suffer from the more health problems and could be shorter age. "
That the child is suffering from weight gain results in being more vulnerable to the risk of heart disease including high blood pressure and cholesterol levels and ratios Turaagelesraad and insulin. "
In this study, follow-up health status for 2300 girls between the ages of nine and ten over 10 years. The researchers measured the length, weight and blood pressure and cholesterol every year until the age of twenty-second. He was half of girls and the other half pale brown color.
In spite of the fact that the long studies, which tracks changes in the volunteers for years, charged it returns the value of the results.
Has shown high rates of overweight in adolescence between 7 and 10% in white girls and between 17 and 24% girls in the hills. The girls were more likely to be overweight by 1.6% between the ages of 9 and 12 years than they were then. The girls who experience major weight gain in childhood increased Vcnam more likely to be obese later, 11 and 30 times.
Also, weight gain has made girls suffer from high blood pressure and cholesterol levels compared with normal-weight girls.
So Aoberaznk says: "We have reached critical value to define overweight in children. In these days of medicine depends on research based on the evidence and considered the evidence strong."
There were ethnic differences among children, where the girls were Alsmarwat more prone to obesity and a half times in any age of the girls eggs. Between the age of nine and eighteen obesity was more common in high Alsmarwat from 17 to 24% compared to white girls Nsabhn rose from 7 to 10% only.
The researchers said it should focus efforts at an early age and taking into account the differences Althaagafih.
Franklin says: "This is a disturbing disclosure, but I do not say that it is hopeless. It is important to focus efforts on pre-teens The more awareness we started early when the results were better."
