Naaasin is the name for nicotinic acid and nicotinamide, both a source of vitamin B-3 in the food.
Can be obtained on the vitamin B-3 in the following foods:Leafy vegetables, tomatoes, carrots, dates, red meat, milk, eggs, fish and poultry.
