Study: Sleep affects positively or negatively on human health

The results of a recent study by a team of researchers at the Medical College by the British nearly 8 000 people aged between 35 years and 55 years, that portion of a lot or a little sleep has a direct impact on survival.

The study showed that people who sleep less than seven hours are at risk of heart disease higher than the average of other people. As for those who slept between seven and eight hours to understand who maintain good health.
