ASHA - a recent Japanese study confirmed the importance of eating yogurt for the health of the mouth, teeth, gums, and that as it contains acids of the structure.
The study showed that the lactic acid contained in yogurt, which is characterized by efficiency and resistance to diseases of the mouth and gums caused by the presence of bacteria in chronic and leading to receding gums and tooth loss at a later stage, especially in adults.
The study was conducted on a group of 942 men and women between the ages of 40 and 90 years consume milk, cheese and acid milk, where it was noted that people who suffer from diseases of the mouth developed ate servings of foods, dairy less than those dealt with people who suffer from gum disease at least progress.
