Chicken legs treated high blood pressure

Recent medical study showed that scientists in Japan have discovered four types of protein in the chicken legs shown to be effective in controlling high blood pressure.

The researchers said the study published in The Chemistry of agricultural and food they brought out the protein collagen from chicken legs and then Otamoha mice suffer a rise in blood pressure. The researchers wrote that the rats that ate collagen has decreased levels of blood pressure significantly after eight hours compared to another group of mice dealt with saline solution only.

And continued decline in the levels of blood pressure for a period of four weeks later the mice group that dealt with collagen.

Participated in the preparation of the study center for research and development of the company Nippon Meat Packers dead and researchers from the University of Hiroshima.
